Her love for fashion has lasted her whole life, growing up reading the pages of VOGUE and dreaming of working in the industry. She worked on the corporate side of advertising & media before joining The RealReal, the largest luxury consignment e-commerce company in the US. With a background in fashion and business, Amanda understands the importance of a strong personal brand expressed through style and how this can impact success both personally and professionally. And now, she’s founded Wave + Woven to deliver exceptional concierge personal styling experiences and a 360 approach to shopping and getting dressed.

Her interest in the beauty industry began in high school. She worked for 16 years at a salon on Newbury Street, building long-lasting relationships before taking the leap to open Petaloúda.

We chat about what it took to get to this place, finding the perfect location and team!

I had the pleasure of taking part in FFFCon 2024 a couple weeks ago, It is known as The World's Greatest Convention of Purpose Driven Women Leaders. This event, the brainchild of my friend Neda Hovaizi, was a full day of women stepping into their spotlight with speakers, panels, vendors, immersive experiences and more.

We all left feeling energized and inspired to say the least! I was set up inside the venue to capture the feelings, take aways and reactions to the day of attendees and speakers.
