Who knew that this respiratory virus would be an issue for those with diabetes-- supposedly 32 million but really close to 40 million. AND the 76 million who are pre-diabetic. We should NOT hear anything more from the Body Positivity types. So the Cover-Up is that the government who has suppressed the real obesity stats for decades is now having to cover up the fact that those who have diabetes-- AA and Hispanics and Native Americans-- are twice as likely to get it-- are not recovering easily from the virus.

COVID has revealed what no one wanted to know. Obesity is not ok. Body Positivity is just PC crap. Even blood pressure numbers have been re-evaluated so that the bottom number is now just as important. The result: Most of America has hypertension. Most Americans are obese. Solutions? Do the exact opposite of what we have done for 50 years. So this means "calorie" burning exercise HIIT and marathoning is not only ineffective but also creates inflammation and free radicals and cortisol overload and ten other major body issues that are NOT good. The diet and exercise industry has been based on oversimplified messages that have been revealed by COVID to be half-truths. Dangerous too. Solutions re so easy and natural.
