Boardman Black and Gold - Week 10 vs Packers - This is Why I Have Congestive Heart Failure

Week 10 vs Packers - This is Why I Have Congestive Heart Failure

11/16/23 • 38 min

Boardman Black and Gold

They've done it again. Another goal line interception with time expiring to seal the game. The Pittsburgh Steelers are no short of dramatic finishes, and we the fans continue to suffer heart failure because of it. This week Zane and David recap the Packers game that saw good drives, bad drives, a lot of bad defense, and more cinematic drama to boot. They also forecast the biggest game of the season to this point: a rematch with the Cleveland Browns at the Dawg Pound (someone tell me how a dog is anywhere near the Browns mascot). Is Kenny really the guy? Is the defense screwed with Minkah and the linebacking core out? Can we beat Dorian Thompson whatever his name is? All this and more in this week's edition of the Boardman Black and Gold Podcast. Be sure to follow us on Instagram @boardmanandgold and if you'd like to make a financial contribution to the podcast, you can Venmo @zanybaseball with the caption "Here We Go Steelers!"

Week 9 Vs Titans - Is Mayonnaise An Instrument?

SO SO SORRY! This took WAY too long to get uploaded. Zane was sick this week and the two of us had some scheduling conflicts, but...WE ARE BACK to recap the Titans week and forecast the week against the Green Bay Packers. What's going on with George Pickens? Is sideline Matt Canada the greatest play caller in history? Is it too early to start fantasizing about the playoffs? All that and more in this week's episode. Make sure to follow us on instagram @boardmanandgold!

Week 11 vs Browns - Not Kenough

When you look up "offensive ineptitude" in the Merriam Webster Dictionary, a picture of the Pittsburgh Steelers shows up (with Jaylen Warren missing, of course). They've done it. They've lost to the little brothers. The mistake on the lake. Kenny looked awful. The play calling was bad. Poorly managed game. In the wake of this disaster, Matt Canada has FINALLY been sent packing, and a new age of Steelers offense is on the horizon. But will it matter? How will this affect Kenny? Is Tomlin hiding something? Will they lose to Jake Browning and the Bengals next week? All this and more on this week's episode of the Boardman Black and Gold Podcast.
