Blood Red: The Liverpool FC Podcast
After giving his first senior interview, with assistant manager Pep Lijnders, we focus in on how bright Harvey Elliott’s future could be. With the 17-year-old getting opportunities in domestic cups, as well as one Premier League game to his name, there is plenty of hype around the former Fulham starlet. Join Guy Clarke, Ian Doyle, Caoimhe O’Neill and Theo Squires as they also discuss UEFA’s latest statement on what ‘sporting merit’ could mean for Liverpool’s title hopes. Plus is there any truth in links with a move for Chelsea’s Willian or RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner. Enjoy.

Red Memories: Ray Houghton reflects on 1987/88 league title win 32 years since sealing No 17

32 years to the day since Liverpool sealed the First Division title, Ray Houghton joins Blood Red to discuss being part of that incredible 1987-88 team. Houghton reflects on the day itself, the season as a whole, as Liverpool went 29-games unbeaten from the start of the campaign, as well as looking to Jurgen Klopp's current crop, who have been compared a number of times with the 87-88 heroes. Enjoy.
