She helps Black women take career breaks and adult gap years to ditch burnout and focus on rediscovering their passions. She moved to Mexico City after a year of traveling the world on her own career break.
Roshida loves to explore new places through long walks and eating local foods. She is a co-founder of the Black Travel Alliance and Exodus Summit.
