BLATING! BLACK WOMEN LATE LIFE CREATING, CELEBRATING, DATING AND STATING (THE FACTS)!

In this episode of BLATING! BLACK WOMEN LATE LIFE DATING! CREATING! CELEBRATING! AND STATING (THE FACTS)! Lique and Kelse do an early morning recording and Kelse is not all that happy about it! Listen and find out how Lique completely fumbles the day! It’s all good though because Kelse just celebrated a birthday (it’s your birthday). Kelse glows as she talks about how the young men in her life (this time her sons!) help make her day perfect, which quickly leads to a discussion about “MOM-MA’s Boys.” Lique then discusses Big Country’s bond with his "MOM-MA” who “lovingly” calls Lique “Ms. ANN!”

Lique and Kelse then return to the theme of mental health and discuss a situation where Lique believes that Kelse should have told her she lost her mind! This episode is anything but dead as Kelse reveals her invitation to a funeral date and how she didn’t make the time to meet someone’s MOM-MA and now he has no time for her! As always, you will be intrigued as you “eavesdrop” on lifelong friends Lique and Kelse discussing the magnificent world of BLATING! BLACK WOMEN LATE LIFE DATING! CREATING! CELEBRATING! AND STATING THE FACTS!

6th VIBE: DISAGREEMENTS!! I'M 55 DAMMIT!!

Nothing brings out a little drama like the holidays. Lique's holiday dinner was missing a main ingredient so Big Country's mama came to the rescue. Kelse spent some time with family. Hmmm....like ALL the family including ex-in-laws. But this only happened after Kelse's date had some questionable holiday whereabouts... or was this just payback for GI Joe? These lifelong friends now find themselves questioning whether such drama is acceptable. Should Lique have been a better nurse for Big Country? Should Kelse have had more respect for her friend's name? Especially if it comes with some perks. Should Lique have had a slight Angela Bassett moment with Big Country's belongings? Do we still want to be having disagreements at 55? As Danny Glover said in Lethal Weapon - I'm too old for this shit! The ladies move on to black utopia - Wakanda. And maybe one day they'll just make their own movie.
