Brianna Clark is a God-fearing woman, self-identified trap music connoisseur, half-way vegan, natural haired enthusiast, lover of all things self-care, a sociable introvert, and a proud member of the #GirlBossTribe. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia - Bri moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2012 to attend The Johnson C. Smith University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Bri says she was known to be behind the scenes and while that did have some pros, in some ways it kept her from truly shining. Enter The Glow Candle Bar circa 2017 and Bri decided to take herself and her goals seriously. Her mission through The Glow Candle Bar is to enhance the space of women in their Glow Up community, push them to their fullest potential and hold them accountable for their own destiny. In part two of our interview with Bri we're getting up close and purposeful to discuss what it means to her to be a Black Girl with Purpose, the importance of community and how being an entrepreneur comes with a great level of responsibility. Christa Deana is an award-winning singer/songwriter, worship leader, speaker, educator, YouTuber, and CEO of ChristaCourt Music Group. With a goal to make music that impacts the world, her music is being played in 52 countries, including charting in the top 5 gospel music charts in Nigeria. Christa is not only known for her talent, but also for her authenticity and bubbly, kind-hearted personality. She sings with passion from the heart and writes her own music. With each song, the listener is invited to step into a vulnerable and honest space where healing meets music. She has made the cover of MusicLovers Magazine, performed at Philadelphia’s 2019 Juneteenth Festival, and has been featured on major Spotify editorial playlists, including Fresh Gospel.

Drawing from her own experiences as a musician and educator, she writes music in response to a need for more art that calls humanity to move beyond passive existence and into her mantra of, “H.O.P.E”, which she defines as, “health, optimism, power, and experience.” In pursuit of this endeavor, Christa Deana also shares this message of purpose through her podcast entitled “In the World, Not of It”, as well as her YouTube channel, where she challenges others to live by their faith and not by sight. She took home the Kindred Awards for Regional Christian Music award for Best R&B Artist in 2017 and Artist of the Year in 2019.

She is currently receiving her Masters in Music Business from the Berklee College of Music. Christa Deana truly shines for Christ as she lives out her message each and every day, on and off stage. It is her desire that each word and musical note will serve as a healing modality for the listener that calls them to pursue their optimum health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Shanece Smith, also known as "The Ultimate Encourager" grew up in a loving household with her grandparents, who both truly believed in love, respect and treating every stranger as a friend. With their guidance, Shanece became one to light up a room with her old spirit, bubbly personality, warm hugs and her awkward laugh.
