In this episode we talked about the difference between protesting and looting. Ram City broke down some of the national headlines, while Boobz brought some of the Dos and Donts of protesting. EsaMilfGod told us about her progress In the garden and lessons learned unconsciously while pulling weeds. To wrap It up, we were lucky to have LCSW Ty'rell come through and explain some of the stigmas attached to mental health in the black community.
