In this penultimate episode of the season we catch up with guests I've spoken to previously and I ask them one question: If they had one day to themselves and they could cycle anywhere in Ottawa, where would they go? The answers are enlightening and there is something for everyone whether you are new to the city or an old hand.

This final episode of our first season covers the story of Gabe and his family over several months as they leave Ottawa for a new life with their Babooe Mini cargo bike in the Northwest Territories. We find out how cycling in Fort Smith matched up to expectations and the trials and challenges of such a big move.

Release of this episode was delayed by several weeks at the request of Gabe and his family, it should become clear when you listen why. I am very grateful to them for allowing me to document this chapter of their lives.
