Question 1 (Psalm 53:5)
In Psalm 53:5, who are the “they” and “you”? Is there a way to determine who pronouns refer to without knowing the original language?
Question 2
When the gospel of John refers to the disciple that Jesus loved, is this John? If so, why does he refer to himself this way?
Question 3 (Joshua 2)
On Joshua 2, the two spies stayed in the house of Rahab the prostitute. How was this ok? Clearly they knew ahead of time that she wouldn’t give them away, but it seems strange to drop the prostitute detail but nothing else....like that didn’t really matter?
Question 4 (John 20:23)
What does John 20:23 mean? Do they have the power to decide if people are forgiven by God?
