Society creates pressure. We often talk to women on this show but today we get the man's point of view.Robert Pearson is the husband of a woman we interviewed last year. He asked to come on the show because he's ready to let himself be vulnerable and to share his own story.In this episode we discuss in depth the trauma that comes from the "Be a Man" ideology. Robert grew up pretending everything was ok when in reality he lived in a home where you had to walk on eggshells around his father. As an adult he struggles with wanting to not become his father yet still learn to take care of himself and his family.
