You live for a story, there’s always a story you’ve either researched, discovered or shared. How has your own story changed from 920am WBAA to today?
Reena, you are a marketer of yourself and others. What do you get out of being on someone’s show after booking hundreds of people on other people’s show?

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
It was from a picture I took of a microphone in my bosses office during a sunrise. The glow of the sun shown off of the mic and what was beyond the mic excited me. I bought the mic from him and it's the one in the BTM logo.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I may spend my days in front of the mic, but at night, my focus is where it matters: on you. I'm Sean Dillon – a radio host by day and the life of my family by night. I'm passionate about a few things in life, such as music festivals, BBQ cookouts, and sports—especially basketball and football games. I am a highly dedicated and straightforward individual that never shies away from chasing opportunities and helping others.
