Tyler had changed dramatically over the last couple of years. He began using drugs, drinking heavily, getting in trouble with the law, and was involuntarily committed due to mental health problems. His parents struggled to get him the help he so desperately needed, but that only made Tyler angrier and angrier.

On the surface, Herb Baumeister was a dedicated family man and a successful entrepreneur. He donated to charities, and had a good standing in the community...depending who you asked.
Herb was also a weird guy with antisocial behavior. In his youth, he played pranks with dead birds and pissed on a teacher's desk. In fact, he pissed on a lot of things which amounted to him being fired from a well paying job.
When a full human skeleton was found on Herb's property, he managed to explain it away, but as time wore on, a private investigator and a police detective suspect that Herb Baumeister is responsible for the disappearances of gay men around Indianapolis.
