Today I lay out the five main steps I took when making and marketing my feature film documentary Don't Call Me Bigfoot, which has been streaming over 2 MILLION MINUTES a week on Amazon Prime Video in March. This past week it passed 3 Million and is about to hit several other platforms by June.
Now, I suppose this is a relative success. I'm not heading out to the Bentley dealership anytime soon. However, with a few more successes like this, I'll be setting pretty.

What if we told you there's more lurking in the woods than you think? Brace yourself for an electrifying journey into the world of the elusive creature known as the dogman, a cryptid shrouded in ancient roots and whispered tales. Our episode guides you through the intricate tapestry of history and cultural significance this creature has woven, and brings to light its unexpected surge in popularity during the 80s.
Prepare to be chilled as we recount the eerie encounters with the dogman, most notably the Beast of Ray Road accounts impeccably chronicled by our host, J. Horton. Hear firsthand accounts of how these encounters have shaped local culture, sparked curiosity, and kept the legend of the dogman alive in American cryptid lore. We also dig into the chilling saga of Mark Shackleman's haunting face-off with the dogman that will make you reconsider your next camping trip.
However, it doesn't stop there. We venture into the realm of the uncanny, discussing the dogman's alleged bipedalism, the environmental challenges it would face, and the possibility of it being a supernatural shapeshifter. We scrutinize the sparse physical evidence tethered to the dogman claims and the uphill battle in validating them. As we wrap up this intriguing journey, we ponder upon the dogman's place in cryptid mythology, its influence on our understanding of the world, and its persistent cultural relevance. Whether a skeptic or a believer, this episode will challenge your perceptions, stir your curiosity, and leave you hungry for more.

Prepare to have your reality questioned as we unravel the fascinating concept of simulation theory. We invite you to join us on this thrilling journey where we navigate through the blurred lines of reality and virtuality, powered by cutting-edge technology and age-old philosophy. We dissect Nick Bostrom's seminal 2003 paper, 'Are You Living in a Computer Simulation?' and ponder over Elon Musk's conviction that our existence is likely computer-generated. Delve into the conversation as we question the very fabric of our existence.
We stir the pot further as we draw connections between simulation theory and the Mandela Effect, a phenomenon that has sparked heated debates among scholars and laymen alike. Are they echoes of a parallel universe or snippets of a simulated one? As we grapple with these questions, we also touch upon the eerie sensation of deja vu. Could it be a glitch in the matrix? To add another layer of complexity, we explore quantum mechanics' enigmatic concepts of quantum indeterminacy and the double-slit experiment, which challenge our perception of reality.
Finally, we address the elephant in the room - the implications of the simulation hypothesis. What does a simulated reality mean for our understanding of morality, religion, and free will? Could phenomena like the Fibonacci sequence, UAPs, and cryptid sightings be signs of a simulated universe? As we spiral deeper into this thought-provoking conversation, we also discuss the intersection of AI and simulation theory. What are the implications for our relationship with virtual or AI entities, and ultimately, our understanding of reality? Join us for an unforgettable exploration of these complex questions. Just remember, buckle up - it's going to be a wild ride.

Today, I'm talking to the co-founder and CEO of Filmhub. Filmhub is an Independent Film Distribution Marketplace where filmmakers can upload their indie movies. Filmhub then submits those movies to the appropriate streaming platforms for placement.
I've personally been using Filmhub for almost two years now and can say from experience that they pay and they pay on a strict schedule. The accounting is very transparent and they're pretty easy to work with.
Today, Alan and I talk about the changing face of Independent Film Distribution, some common errors filmmakers make when uploading to Filmhub, what kind of movies are performing well in the indie distribution space and why uploading to Prime Video Direct (Amazon) on your own might not necessarily be in your best interest.
There's a ton of good info in this one. Enjoy.
