He finished his eligibility at Thomas University and Coach Brent Crews quickly moved him from Student Athlete - to Student Assistant. Not only did he serve as a practice player, he was on the road recruiting - which resulted in six commitments! His HC trusted him so much that he gave him ten scouts this past season! Coach Radcliff has a unique story to say the least - enjoy!

Interview w/ Danny Manning (College Basketball Legend)

National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Famer Danny Manning discusses growing up with a father who was playing in the NBA (and later ABA) as well as his career as a player as well as a college basketball coach. His legendary playing career including a State Championship at Lawrence High School, a NCAA National Championship, playing for USA Basketball and 15 year NBA career - including two All Star appearances and the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year Award! After his playing days were over Danny returned to Kansas to serve on the Bill Self's coaching staff. After he was elevated to an Assistant Coach, Kansas won the 2008 NCAA National Championship. In 2012 Coach Manning was named the Head Coach at Tulsa, where in his second season won the C-USA regular season championship, C-USA Tournament championship and was named the C-USA Coach of the Year! Coach Manning moved back to North Carolina after being named the Head Coach at Wake Forest in April of 2014 and remained as Head Coach until 2020. Coach Manning shares how he looks to hire Graduate Assistants and support staff + how he's been able to face adversity in both his playing and coaching careers. He offers great advice to coaches looking to move up the ranks and gives insight to who he is outside of basketball.

Sean Dempsey takes us through his coaching journey and reflects on each of his experiences as a coach. I worked along Sean at Centenary College and I’ve never known someone who forms meaningful relationships with players so quickly, Sean truly has a gift. He’s experienced some depression over the years - especially after his best friend committed suicide. Coach Dempsey opens up and even shares his first impression of meeting me. We had some memorable recruiting trips and I’m proud to call him a friend/brother! His passion for helping young men through the game of basketball and skill development are two of the many reasons that he’s one of my first hires if I’m ever hired as a HC.
