Milt Rhodes: Vision Keeper

Milt Rhodes, Principal Planner at Arden Homes, is also known as the "Vision Keeper" of Welden Village in Kernersville, North Carolina. He and Jason Smith of Smith Marketing sit by the resort-style pool, then take a walk around the neighborhood and discuss the vision that has driven this master planned community from its inception.
