How to Tell If Your Child Is On Drugs - And How to Confront Them Biblically
There are many ways to tell if your child is on drugs or not. You can try everything from picking up on physical and social indicators to forcing them to take a drug test.
In show #4 of Beyond Sobriety, we discuss these ways as well as the most reliable indicator...your own, God-given intuition and discernment. No one knows you loved one like you do. If something is 'off' or not quite right about them, trust your instinct.
We also discuss how to confront them about their behavior in a loving, Biblical way and how to set boundaries that are as healthy as possible for everyone concerned.
Many parents and loved ones will naturally be concerned with having to take time off school, work or time away from a growing family if they do require addiction treatment. We go over how to think about the idea of 'putting my life on hold' as well.
