The concept of how much am I suppose to think of myself & how much confidence a person should have, has been a concept weighing on my mind for the last couple years as ive continued to experience so many different types of egos. Living in LA and being in the entertainment world has opened up new heights of how much one can truly feel about themselves. In this podcast i start at the beginning for me; where I first received my beliefs on myself & where they came from.
