For the debut episode we are joined by alpine World Cup skier and vice world champion in slalom, AJ Ginnis. During the episode we talk about the process by which AJ built his team and how he feels that their unique structure and support has been a big factor in his breakthrough on the World Cup these past two season. We also talk about how he is trying to find better ways to consistently bring his training pace into races, how he deals with cold streaks, and what it’s like when things all start clicking.
