Best Life Abroad: Season 1, Episode 2 _ Educators Abroad: Aventuras in Honduras
02/06/23 • 30 min
To kick off Black History Month the Best Life Abroad way, I am featuring two brilliant, Black educators that are living their best lives in Honduras. Join us as we talk about the joys of teaching, the challenges of being an educator in the US, and the benefits of making the decision to transition to teaching abroad.
As a former K-12 teacher, this episode is near and dear to my heart. Shout out to all the educators out there guiding our babies to becoming productive, empathetic, socially driven members of our society. We understand that the struggle of teaching in the United States is real. Often times lacking support, flexibility, resources, and the financial compensation you deserve. There is a way for you to continue shaping the future and live the life you want to live if you are willing to try it from abroad.
