This week I had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Dr Alice Liddell who is a highly certified clinical psychologist based in Southern England.
We discussed how 5 years ago a peak spiritual experience gave her a new boost in life to realign her purpose as a psychologist and brought new meaning to the World around her.
Small trigger warning, we don’t talk about anything super intense but as Alice is an expert in mental health we do discuss therapy terms and the type of journey you go on during therapy which may bring up feelings for you so please do look after yourselves.

This week I was joined by Dr Rebecca Elliott who is an extremely impressive professor at London’s School of Economics, specialising in sociology and focusing her research on the environment I was super excited to sit down and talk all things believing in.
I like to keep the podcast as light as possible but I must say we touched on the doom of the planet so I wanted to just give a quick trigger warning to anyone who finds the predicted trajectory of the Earth difficult to listen to - this might be slightly anxiety inducing..

My gorgeous guests today are Saffron and Aaya who are pals from secondary school and at 18 years old are starting out on their next steps in life. We had a lush chat and giggled a lot. We touch on topics of death and existential thoughts just as a heads up if you find these subjects difficult x

My first podcast!! I sat down with Sarah and Ibbi to discuss their faith in Islam. We talked about this life being a test, the tension between culture and religion as well as touching on the difficulties of terrorist attacks being carried out in the name of Islam.

Thank you so so much to everyone who has listened and for your lovely comments, it honestly means a lot to me. This weeks episode is an absolute cracker. I sat down with two very handsome guys that go by the name Suley and Mo. We discussed their faith in Islam and this episode we did a bit more of back and forth of my faith and theirs. It was super interesting to listen to what the difference is between Christianity and Islam and I hope this shows that you can have different beliefs and share them with curiosity and respect for eachother.
I was super inspired by their commitment to intending good deeds for others and their sense of gratitude for even the smallest things of life - thanks again guys!
