They sit down with head brewer Matt McCall, Co-founder and Owner, Kaitlin McCall and Chief Marketing Director Craig Philips and learn the origins behind the creation of McCall, potential collaborations with local breweries (cough, Bonn Brewing, cough) and learn about the source of products made into the beers at this new Allentown spot.
