HR legend and all-around good guy Perry Timms joins the Well&D Podcast for the final episode of Season 1.
Perry is the Founder & Chief Energy Officer of PTHR, with 30+ yrs of experience in people, learning, technology, organisation change & transformation. Global and TEDx Speaker, Adviser and Conference Chair on the Future of Work and HR, and member of the Be The Ripple movement to promote kindness and eradicate bullying in workplaces. He is a visiting Fellow at Cranfield Management School and Sheffield Hallam University, a Fellow of the RSA, was a Guest Professor at GEA College in Slovenia, and am part of the Adjunct Faculty at Ashridge Executive Education and Guest Professor at Hult International Business School – as well as an Associate at the Work Foundation – helping create the principles of Good Work in an uncertain world.
In the Podcast, we talk about human-centred leadership, trust and the future of work.
