Welcome back to the Beauty and the Breakup podcast. If you are living on the planet Earth, then you are probably being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Schools are closed, and businesses are shutting down left and right. It is a very real thing and this pandemic is changing our regularly scheduled program. I like to change my perspective on things, and have come up with a list of things that I will be doing during this forced down time. Making sure my life and my children's lives are sill somewhat normal is important to me. How are you spending this time of social distancing?

Hey Beauties and Beaus... I have been on a hiatus from my podcast. Thank you for understanding that your girl had to take a step back and get some things in order. But none the less... I AM BACK. We all have self limiting beliefs. The beliefs we hold about ourselves, become self fulfilling prophecies. These beliefs can work in our favor if we turn negative thoughts into positive ones. It all starts with you girlfriend. During this episode, find out what some of my self limiting beliefs were and what I did to turn things around to begin to create the life that I envisioned for myself.
