Having a parent who struggles with an addiction is a challenge in and of itself. Losing that parent is a whole other kind of challenge. Finding a way to learn valuable lessons in order to shape my life in a better direction than my parent’s? Well, that really seemed like the only option. At the end of the day, while it might not be a popular opinion, my dad’s death shaped my life more than anything he ever said or did while he was alive. Basic B*tch Seeks Enlightenment
08/12/24 • 13 min
I've spent the last seven years talking about minimalism, and decluttering my life, but the reality is, it has been so much more than that. I myself believed every lie Pinterest told me about what my house needed to look like -- and how much time I had available to dedicate to organization. At the end of the day is organizing our entire house even worth it? Hopefully today's episode will offer some insight.

Basic B*tch Seeks Enlightenment
12/09/24 • 17 min
I have faced burnout several times in my life and I just can’t seem to stop myself. However, I think I’m brave enough to say that I’m finally done with that part of my life. My latest pursuit is finding fun without attaching monetary gain or external expectations to any of it.
