This month is National Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental health is so important to us as bakers and entrepreneurs because building a business puts you through ALOT. From depression to isolation there are many bakers who deal with issues that we are unaware of based on common mindset stigmas that plague our industry. So let's talk about it.
Today's guest is author and baker Nikki Bryan.. Nikki is the owner of D'Deliocus Delicacies in Miramar ,Florida. She holds a masters in I/O Psychology and is author of the book, Create Your Own Magic.
