In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking witt Natalie Stanton, debunking the myths of food safety and chatting about how you can easily get a 5* hygiene rating in your kitchen.
Natalie Stanton is a Chartered Environmental Health Officer with over a decade of expertise in food safety and health and safety. She’s worked as a regulator for various local authorities and in the private sector as a food safety advisor to clients including ExCeL London. In 2022, Natalie founded The Safety Expert; an online training platform that provides video-based Level 2 Food Hygiene training.
Her mission is to share her knowledge and experience to help food business owners and their staff feel confident in food safety and be prepared for and ready to succeed in their food hygiene inspection.
