Most healthcare providers have made medication errors, however, we can often be scared to fess up when it happens over fear of punitive consequences.
In order to get to the root of the problem surrounding medication errors and why they happen, we need to feel more comfortable talking about them. So this week- I’m sharing with you a story about a medication error I made as an ER nurse.
