We lie to everyone around us everyday without even realizing it. Everyone lies for different reasons, normally to protect themselves. But the biggest lies we tell are to ourselves. Can you be 100% honest to yourself about anything? In today's podcast we talk about the importance of being violently committed to telling yourself and others the truth. I discuss my own experience of being 100% honest with my husband about my spending and food addictions. We mothers have so many things on our plates, let's not add living in fantasy land to them!

We've all had those thoughts of "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?" followed closely by "I'm a horrible mother." Today we are discussing what it's like to be a mother while doing school and/or work and having kids that are acting out. The growth process is painful, necessary and says absolutely nothing about you as a mother.

You will always judge yourself worse than others will judge you. The loudest voice in your ears is your own. Today I talk about my method for getting rid of the judgmental voice in my head and why it works. I promise, it changes things in a MAJOR way!

Hey guys!!! It's been such a long time! I had to take a break and learn some really amazing things about myself and about how to be a woman in today's day and age. I've learned how to be a business woman and a mom and a wife and a provider without totally losing my MIND! I'm so glad to be back!!
