My sister and I started a podcast!
Episode 1 is on two of the 37 inmates who were just commuted by Pres. Joe Biden from Federal death row to a reduced sentence of life in prison. In November 2002, Brandon Basham and Chadrick Fulks escaped a Kentucky detention center and started out on a multi-state, 17-day crime spree that would include the murdering of two women Samantha Burns and Alice Donovan.

Today we are talking about Anthony Sowell.
A.K.A.: "The Cleveland Strangler"
This is probably one of the most prolific modern serial killer cases that no one talks about
Anthony Sowell created a house of horrors & was named "The Cleveland Strangler"
Here's the thing though... no one was looking for the Cleveland Strangler.
This neighborhood held the stench of decomposing bodies for years. Women kept disappearing and there was no news coverage about the missing women..no community alert, no police search parties..
Few women managed to escape the house of horrors and even fewer reported the attacks to the police- those that did report Anthony, were often dismissed.
If the woman had a criminal record or was a known drug user - she wouldn't be taken seriously.
Some of the families of the missing women took it upon themselves to form search parties and put up flyers with pictures and information of their loved ones.
The police were not looking for these women.
