I was wearing a black lives matter mask and a woman said thank you for being an ally. I quickly answered the woman back like a reflex and we both continued walking in opposite directions. It couldn't have been five minutes but I went looking for her to try and do a interview for the podcast, but I couldn't find her. I don't know Elaine, this is the first time I am introducing myself to her.
