Tony heads the team responsible for managing services across this entire government district. He's a service leader, agile program manager, speaker, and veteran, boasting 20 years of experience in service and support.

Before taking on his current role, Tony was the Manager of Technical Support at Sinclair Digital and the Senior Manager of ITSM at Seattle Genetics. With over 18 years of experience leading teams, Tony is always exploring new ideas, tools, and techniques. He's also a frequent volunteer, organizer, and celebrated host at HDI events, where he takes the time and effort to get the community involved and energized.
He’s a true innovator in his field, and we are excited to dive into his insights and experiences, especially about the evolution of ITSM, and where it goes from here.

Suzanne Lucas is a writer and consultant, best known by the moniker, Evil HR Lady. She has over 20 years of experience in HR, working for companies like Marriott, IBM, and Sun Microsystems. Suzanne began her career as a recruiter but quickly moved into other areas including training, employee relations, and performance management.
