ATSM 78 | Talking to Young Kids About Medical Use

EPISODE 78 Q: Hi Kathryn, I have been watching your show for over 2 years and it has helped me so much. Thank you for being such a great mentor in the Stoner mom world that you’ve created. I love it!!!!! So I am 29 with 3 young children, 5, 4 and 2. My eldest is coming to the age where he is starting to ask questions. I know your daughter saw you smoking outside but I was wondering when do I talk to my young kids about cannabis. My husband and I both use it for different reasons, I use it mainly for my pain control and anxiety. Where as my husband starting turning to medicinal cannabis instead of his prescription pills. He was injured while serving in he military and suffered severe head trauma. I am happy to report that he is happy and much healthier then when he was taking prescription meds. Any advice on how to talk to my kids and at what age would be greatly appreciated. Ok now back to playing my destiny game and to smoke a bowl or two. Thank you for all that you do.
