Not only are they going to make you cringe and be happy you weren’t there, but I’m also going to give you some tips to make sure this doesn't happen at your wedding. To be clear you would have NEVER known that anything went wrong at this wedding. It’s still one of my favorite and most beautiful weddings. But after that wedding, I seriously questioned how much longer I had in this business because I just felt so defeated but I’m getting ahead of myself.

There is SO MUCH that you need to keep in mind at your wedding tasting. Not just choosing what food you like best. You also have to be aware of other factors like the allergies and dietary restrictions of your guests. An average wedding will include

• Show flow/ the pacing, the order of events, etc.
• Hors D'oeuvres (pick 3-5, depending on contract and pricing)
• Salad (pick 1)
• Entrée (pick 1)
• ​​Wine Tasting
• Cake and Desserts
• Table Setting
