Believe it or not, I wasn't always this cute. I used to be an overworked, tired and frequently sick executive who had a terrible relationship with her body, food and self-acceptance. Over the last 11 years I learned a lot and got myself to be happy, healthy and totally in love with myself. Now it's my turn to pay it forward and in this podcast I will share what I learned so you can be healthier and happier in an eAZier way! Ask away what you would like to know.
