Mikita S.Smith Self-care and Wellness Coach host of the podcast, Thyme 4 Tea with Mikita. Mikita feels that self-care looks different for each of us. Sometimes self-care means hitting the reset button, setting boundaries, or finally putting yourself first.
Dr. Manuela Powell is a mindset coach who works with women who are sick and tired of society telling them what a "good mom" is supposed to be. She helps them find the audacity to live on the outside the way they feel on the inside, without guilt or apologies. For almost 20 years, Manuela was a cancer surgeon and, after having her second child at 44, she craved more flexibility and freedom to be with her family. She put away her scalpel to, instead, dissect women’s souls and help them excise the “shoulds”, "have-tos", and “I’m-not-good-enough's” from their brains forever, so they can finally stop being everything for everyone, and live however they want to live, to the shock of the mom police. Manuela fiercely believes the day all women realize how powerful they are will be the day the world completely changes for the better. She's a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and after living in NYC, Washington, DC, and Hawai'i, she currently calls Austin, Texas her home, together with her husband and their awesome little dudes. She stitches fabric instead of people, pets every dog that crosses her path, and loves making a fool of herself at improv.

Jonathan is a music nut, a pinball geek, an 80s kid, and a Colorado transplant. He feels most alive when he is being creative and he really likes making people laugh.
Jonathan's career started in radio and he still loves the medium. Radio gave him a chance to write copy and produce audio every day. After he left, he filled the void with his mixtape series DETOUR and later, a visual art project based on LP artwork called HiFi Jones.
You might have predicted that he would get into voiceover if you saw how many times he recorded the outgoing message for his family's answering machine growing up. Even though he is an introvert, he likes to perform and goof around-- and a quiet room with space for one person and a mic is kinda the perfect setting for him.
Jonathan also is the brains behind Kaleidoscope in Lafayette, Colorado. Kaleidoscope welcomes artists of all abilities to experience the joy of creativity. Like a coworking space for the creative type!
