Our thoughts form our physical reality, and if our thoughts are toxic ... so our life becomes as well. We can only get so far in our efforts to maintain physical well-being without also considering our self-talk. The atmosphere inside your head can either bolster your wellness efforts or hinder them. With proper guidance and practice, we can learn to program our minds in a way that encourages health on all levels of our being (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Learning to maintain a healthy level of self-appreciation will assist with the cultivation of mental clarity, mental agility, and emotional intelligence.
