We have with us Christiaan Peijnenburg from Brouwerij de Molen in Netherland. This brewery has been rated the 6th best in world by Ratebeer, and have won beer competitions all over the world ever since opening in 2004. And a key part to this success has been their work with a care institution for people with mental disabilities. Stichting Philadelphia has been a part of the brewery for a very long time, and over 30 people from the institution is at the brewery. From packaging to brewing, the program of inclusivity in their brewery is an inspiration.
