This is a tough topic these days. Between social, work, and family pressures things can seem overwhelming at times. If you need help please reach out to someone, speak up, let people know you need them. Someone in this world needs you.

I felt one way to let people know its okay to talk about this topic is to talk about my history with seeking mental health and how it HAS NOT affected my career. Here I talk about the multiple times I've seen a head Doc, med's, Chaplins, etc. I even talk about something I haven't in a long time, the death of my friends Joe, Mark, and Colt. Three great dudes that all lost their battles.
If you want to leave me some feedback drop me a voice message with your thoughts or inputs. Thanks
