Riane Anjuanew is an 18 year old Coach, Writer and Podcaster and has a Youtube channel in the making, Riane made this Podcast after going through a really dark but powerful period in her life and was fighting with mental health issues like eating disorders, daily panic & anxiety attacks, self harming and substance abuse, two weeks before her high school graduation she overdosed and now almost a year later Riane is currently writing her first book while taking classes to be a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach so join her on the self discovery journey to better yourself on all levels mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually
