Regina Regazzi (‘97) is the Assistant Dean of UCLA Anderson’s Parker Career Management Center. Previously she had an extensive career in both recruiting and investment banking. Parth gets her thoughts on the career landscape for MBAs in 2019, MBA rankings, and finds out what led her back to UCLA.

Eric Sussman is an adjunct professor in Real Estate and Financial Reporting at UCLA Anderson. He is also the president of multiple real estate funds which have invested in over 2 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate. Mike gets his perspective on whether millennials will ever own homes and why he thinks the tech “unicorns” are overvalued.

Federico Sacchini ('19) and Jose Gomez ('19) are UCLA Anderson students from Venezuela. Mike talks to them about the causes of the ongoing humanitarian crisis in their country and what we can do to help.

Mark Loranger leads Chrysalis, an L.A.-based non-profit that works with the homeless and those disconnected from the workforce to help them find and retain employment. Parth talks to him about working with the less-fortunate and operating a profitable non-profit.

Terry Kramer is the Adjunct Professor of Decisions, Operations, and Technology Management at UCLA Anderson and a Harvard MBA. He spent over 30 years as an executive in the telecommunications industry. Parth talks to him about career management, evaluating complex business problems, and his work in the Obama Administration.
