Ashley Ruhl has been designing memorable cinematic moments in games for over 10 years. She's a designer, writer, and director of story content for games such as Star Wars: The Old Republic, Tales From the Borderlands, Remnant: From the Ashes, Darksiders 3, The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Defiance. I strive to tell a compelling interactive narrative that empowers the player to be the author of their own story.
Summary: Our Completely Machinima producer, Damien Valentine (a massive Star Wars fan and machinima filmmaker) spoke with Ashley about her background and beginning work as a cinematic designer and on her growth as an artist at Bioware in particular.
