March is Jenn's pick so we're getting into familial/revenge territory with this month's Erotic Thriller, The Hand That Rocks The Cradle (1992) C/W: sexual assault.
It turns out that the film is far more than a killer nanny and an iconic set piece in a greenhouse. It also opens with an uncomfortable sexual assault!
Up for discussion: Ernie Hudson's mentally disabled character, Claire (Annabella Sciorra)'s underlying racism, normalizing breast feeding, Julianne Moore's "modern" woman and debates about whether the film is actually an erotic thriller.
