Alpine Property Podcast

Are you ready for an exciting summary of the latest episode of the Alpine Property Podcast? In episode 20, Lesley Thomas and Steve Thomas review a 4-day French AIps trip. Here's what you need to know!

Key Highlights

• Visiting the Alps as often as I do is important to give the client confidence that you know what you are talking about. You need to understand the what and where you are selling.

• Finally getting the chance to visit Val Thorens at 2300m, somewhere l've been wanting to visit for a number of years. It certainly did not disappoint

• There is still a misperception that Courchevel 1850 is full of Russian Buyers and owners. This has not been the case for many years. Now there is a diverse mix of owners and those that visit 1850

• Les Allues sits below Meribel at an altitude of 1100m and is a place where some clients overlook. The village itself is a very traditional with narrow streets and warm atmosphere. I really like it there.

• As with Courchevel, many of the properties for sale in Meribel that I saw are sold completely off market without any advertising. This is why I cant stress enough, its important to contact us, irrespective of what is advertised on the Alpine Property lnvestments website to let us know what you are looking for.

For the two restaurants mentioned in this episode, details can be found below:

• Bistrot Serac – St Gervais (https://www.3serac.fr/bistrots%C3%A9rac/)

• L'Ceil de Beuf – Courchevel Village (https://loeildeboeuf-courchevel.com/)

Join us on our next episode as we continue to uncover Steve’s exciting adventures. Stay tuned for Part 2!
