Linda Blue take a tour through a local County Fair to size up the competitors who compete for the best produce/product display. Linda give contestans tips on what the Fair Judges look for in deciding winners.

Bill Lord, along with Hilary Nichols, Garden Manager at SEEDS, tour the Inter-City Garden located on the SEEDS propriety. The Inter-City Garden is program that provides gardening space for inter-city youth to grow their own fruits and vegetables to feed their community and to sell at local farmer markets. .

Brenda Sutton, The Produce Lady, give viewers a look at the variety of apples grown in North Carolina. Brenda also demonstrates a variety of ways to prepare apples for delicious eating.
