Now for the last episode in this series and that is to get moving. You don’t even have to set foot in the gym if you don't want to, I think it is important to just get up and take a walk. I honestly used to think walks were not that important but since I have been walking more, I appreciate them so much more now. I'll also mention other workout techniques that works! When it comes to getting active, do what you feel is comfortable and start off strong. I'll be discussing tips and hopefully motivation so you can start moving. I'll also get into some hair motivation and the "he's a 10 but...." trend that has been trending on social media.
