AHHH the first episode is out!!! This was totally planned last minute but thought it would be important to talk about all things mental health and to try and get awareness out. On this episode I talk about how you can reach out to others to ask them if they are okay, mental health and lockdown tips, stigma surrounding mental health and positive/growth vs negative/fixed mindsets.

Hope you all enjoy this episode I'm still getting the hang of this as this is a completely new experience to me.
