In today’s episode, I get to spend some one on one time getting to know the amazing Mr. Shane Pittman from Netflix’s 28 Days Haunted and The Holzer Files even more than I did last fall when we met in New Hampshire. Shane is one of the kindest and most humble people I’ve ever met. Not to mention, super cool!
Our conversation flowed so naturally that not only did we talk about 28 Days Haunted and The Holzer Files, of course, but we also ended up talking about our childhoods, religion, spiritual awakening, parenting while working in the paranormal field, and so much more!
My favorite part of the episode is when I ask Shane how he manages to stay so humble in spite of being a celebrity-wait until you hear his answer-it just might bring a tear to your eye as it did mine!
I sincerely hope you enjoy listening to today’s episode as much as I enjoyed putting it together for you. I want to extend the biggest and most heartfelt thank you to Shane for joining me today and I will welcome Shane back on All is Not Lost anytime!

In today’s episode, I tackle that phrase we’ve heard so many people say as they get older, or we’ve even said ourselves, “But I don’t FEEL old!”
Why do we, even as our physical bodies age chronologically, still not feel old? What part of us is it that is aging and is there a part that doesn’t age?
Join me today to find out!

Researching Haunted Locations with Renee Harper of Old Bisbee Ghost Tour
This week I had the pleasure of spending time with Renee Harper of Old Bisbee Ghost Tour again. I've had Renee on the show before to talk about The Old Bisbee Ghost Tour, how it got started, and what makes it the best Ghost Tour in the Country.
In invited her back this time to talk about her method of researching Haunted Locations, like the ones in her book, Paranormal Arizona. Renee is a person of integrity when it comes to haunted locations and ghost stories. She writes cares deeply about people's experiences with the paranormal and the locations that she writes about.
I wanted to connect with Renee and have her share her way of doing things. Sure, anyone can research, but what makes someone a good researcher? Someone who, when you read their stories, you can rest assured that you are getting the most accurate and detailed information possible. That's Renee.
Renee is quickly becoming a Friend of the Show and is welcome on All is Not Lost anytime. I hope you enjoy listening as we talk about paranormal research, but also, a ton of fun stuff, like the fact that Renee drives around town in a Hearse! Yes, you read that right! And, you just might even hear her sweet puppy snoring softly next to her.

All is Not Lost
I Volunteered for a Past Life Regression-Here's What Happened
*Connect with me
Even though I live my life in the realm of the paranormal and use my psychic abilities to guide most decisions in my life, I would still consider myself more on the side of skeptic. I’m not a full-blown believer in all things outside the realm of what most would call “normal”. I can’t help but look for alternate explanations for things and I definitely look for “proof” whenever I can. I think this keeps me on my toes as a psychic medium and I think it keeps me humble.
Past life regressions are no different, in that as fascinating as they seem, I’ve always been a skeptic. I’ve had many opportunities over the years to have my past lives read, but I’ve always declined. For one reason, I was worried I would somehow be disappointed, but more importantly, I was worried there would be no “proof” that I was visiting an actual “past life”.
Reincarnation has been studied by parapsychologists with the conclusion being that there just isn’t enough “proof” that the information isn’t coming from alternative sources; the collective consciousness, TV, books, memories, dreams, etc. The only studies on reincarnation that have turned out to be considered real are the ones done on very young children-who haven’t lived long enough to have built up a memory bank, and, more importantly, who have been able to provide verifiable information.
Considering all of this, I had decided that I didn’t want to spend the money on a past life regression, yet, recently, I was given the opportunity to be a volunteer for one. I thought, well, there’s no harm in being a volunteer, as not only would it help the student facilitating the session, but I could see what it was like without investing anything more than my time.
Let me just say this-I’m so glad that I did it! The result wasn’t exactly what I expected, because honestly I had no expectations, but I DID get something out of the experience that I hadn’t even realized I would get.
I hope you enjoy listening as I describe exactly what happened, what I saw, and what I learned from the session. If you have any questions or comments, please be sure to reach out. I’m curious about how others see the topic of past life regression and am always open to learning more.
Please be sure to follow All is Not Lost wherever you get your podcasts so you don’t miss any new episodes as new episodes are published each Thursday at 3am EST. And, if you’re enjoying the show, please consider sharing it with a friend.

Interview with Nick Betts, Host of The Insidious Agenda Podcast

All is Not Lost Podcast
Interview with Nick Betts, Host of The Insidious Agenda Podcast
Last month I had the opportunity to be a guest on The Insidious Agenda True Crime/Paranormal Podcast hosted by the amazing storyteller, Nick Betts. After spending time getting to know Nick a bit via email and during our actual interview, I decided I wanted to interview Nick for an episode of All is Not Lost.
This is a very different direction for Al is Not Lost, a little deviation from our usual content and the episode is quite a bit longer than usual, but if you are interested in digging deep into learning about the man behind the microphone, stick with us today.
I really value and enjoy the way Nick presents his stories and the effort he puts into them. He absolutely does not just throw these chapters, as he refers to them together.
Nick does hours of research beyond many of the other versions of these stories we may have heard and he prides himself on impeccable editing so that what you hear is nothing short of podcast excellence.
During the time I was interviewing Nick, I got to learn so much more about him as Nick, the person, before getting into Nick, the storyteller.
Nick takes us on a very personal journey beginning in his youth, through his middle school years and difficulties and challenges that come with that time, on through to his University and Military experiences. He also digs into the challenges of mental illness and learning to navigate a life with anxiety, which I know I can relate to at times.
We take a sharp turn at this point where we dive into what got Nick started on podcasting, who was his motivation, and what each special chapter of The Insidious Agenda Podcast brings to him and also, what he hopes it will bring to you.
As always, my hope is that someone out there can find a sliver of meaning from this show that makes a difference in their lives, and that is no different today. I hope that as you listen to the ups and downs of Nick’s journey, that some part of it either resonates with you, motivates you, or at least, gets you thinking about something in a new way.
I thank Nick for generously giving his time to us here on All is Not Lost and we will welcome Nick back in the future.
You can reach Nick via email at [email protected]

We all experience challenges in life, but how many of us look back to recognize and appreciate the blessings that came from the challenges?
How many of us have absolute faith in Spirit, understanding that everything in our lives has meaning and is helping to propel us in the best direction possible?
In today’s episode, I share a bit about my journey into Ministry along with real struggles from my own life.
I share about my decision to divorce when I was very young, my husband’s job loss, and our move to another state that would forever change the trajectory of my son’s life.
But through all of these examples, I show how Spirit was there, guiding and directing, even when we couldn’t see it.
By recognizing that Spirit was there all along and in control, I’ve come to grow in my faith that Spirit is always there and will always have my back and from listening to today’s episode, I hope that you, too, will come to see that Spirit has your back as well.
This week’s episode was a bit shorter and a bit different from our usual episodes, but I hope you enjoyed it regardless. I wanted today’s episode to a bit more like a message delivered by the Spiritualist Minister in me, than just Rianne, the Psychic Medium discussing an interesting topic or interviewing an amazing guest, because both roles are equally important to me.
Thank you so much for being here this week.
I hope you learned something and I look forward to bringing you another amazing episode next week!
xoxo,
Rianne

Loyd Auerbach, Paranormal Expert & Parapsychologist
https://linktr.ee/allisnotlostpodcast
Today I am pleased to share with you my interview with World-Recognized Paranormal Expert and Parapsychologist, Loyd Auerbach.
I met Loyd in January when I enrolled in a Parapsychology course at Atlantic University. I was instantly smitten with the field of Parapsychology, but also with Loyd. He made learning about the science of psi, or psychic phenomena, extremely interesting, when in the past, I never really found science very interesting at all.
Loyd is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He is up to date on current research and is very aware of the extensive research since the beginning of the formal study of psychic phenomena. What stands out as well, is that Loyd is also very aware of what his colleagues have done or are currently working on making him a valuable resource for someone who wants to learn all they can about this field by studying other people’s research.
I’m so grateful to Loyd for coming on the show to share some information about parapsychology in general, dissect some of my personal experiences, and share some of his own stories. I hope to have him on the show again in the future.

That's all for this week! Again, a very heartfelt thank you to Loyd Auerbach for being our special guest today. I hope you learned something and I look forward to bringing you another amazing episode next week!
