Welcome to the new All in the Industry hosted and produced by Shari Bayer. This show is dedicated to behind-the-scenes talent in the hospitality industry. Since initially launching in 2014, we have been covering our dynamic hospitality industry with 401 episodes to date. And now we're continuing our series on our new platform, AllintheIndustry.com, starting with episode #402.

His own previous ventures include the acclaimed Stock & Res Ipsa Cafe in Philly.
