When we sent out the June newsletter we said there were going to be some exciting projects for the coming months. This is one of those exciting projects... we are very excited to introduce the All Day Ruckoff Podcast.

In the first episode of the All Day Ruckoff Podcast Brian interviews Jason Galindo (Old Line Co-Owner) and Justin Nickel (RuckFit Director) from Old Line CrossFit. Why Old Line CrossFit? Old Line has an awesome RuckFit program which features 90 (ish) minute team-based ruck workouts.

In addition Old Line and RuckFit are very active in furthering the rucking community. They have started their own ruck event series which is why we wanted to reach out to them for an interview.

It’s not every day you see new ruck event organizers show up to the scene so we wanted to take this opportunity to see how they were doing and what they were planning.

In this episode the topics we cover include their first GORUCK event, their RuckFit program, and their upcoming 8 – 10 hour ruck event called RuckFit Elite: Operation Summer Siege. Give it a listen and let us know what you think in the comments!
